Karen, an overseas English teacher from Ningbo Polytechnic organized a charity sale together with the members from English club in Xiaoshan park.

There were over hundreds of people that attended the charity sale on May 17 and 18. Karen brought a dozen of well-packaged gifts from home, Jin Changyan, a calligrapher brought a painting of Ship of the Blessing to the sale and pupils from various schools brought their favored toys and handcrafts to the site.

The sale had collected over ten thousand yuan for the victims of the earthquake.
