An inspection of recycling economy consisting of members from provincial authorities paid an inspection tour to Beilun on June 26. 
 
Wu Zhongfang, assistant deputy chief director of the Sci-tech Bureau of Beilun reported on the work on developing recycling economy. He proposed some suggestions on the drafting of policies on supporting the recycling economy. The team members discussed with the representative companies on the implementation of the preferential policies on circular economy.

At the symposium, the inspection team concluded that the recycling economy of Beilun has taken on three features. 1) the general framework has formed, namely "small-scale recycling in enterprises, mid-scale recycling in industries and big-scale in regions". An institutionalized development of circular economy has formed. 2) the circular economy has made initial achievements, economically and socially. The energy consumption level has dropped. 3) the pattern and concepts of the circular economy in Beilun are worth publicizing.
