Recently, 35 people from poverty-stricken families attended a party and got “caring coupons” from the local charity. Mr. Tu Guoping, secretary general of the local charity was also invited.

The granting of caring coupons was a new form of charity adopted by the local charity society. The coupon was worth of 500 yuan, and those who had it could use it to buy rice, cooking oil and other life necessities in the nearby supermarkets. The granting of the coupons could help the poverty-stricken families solve some of their problems when facing with the coming new year.

Mr. Tu Guoping pointed out that to grant the caring coupons was an important policy of the government and he wished more and more people could show their care for the people in need.

At last, on half of the local charity, he expressed his best wished for all the poverty-stricken families in the district and wished all of them a happy new year.
