The soft-shelled turtle cooked with crystal sugar
takes on a yellow luster. It tastes glutinous and sleek,
integrating the flavors of sweetness, tartness, scent,
and saltiness. It retains heat long as the turtle is
cooked within the wrapping of the seed powder of Gordon
Euryale. The dish contains ample protein, iodine, Fe,
vitamin B and so on.
