Fresh Abalone with Egg White (Fu-rong-xian-bao)

Ingredients:
Fresh Abalone 500 g, 5 eggs, milk, and water

Methods:
1. Mix egg white, water, milk, salt and gourmet powder, remove the foam, and then steam it slowly until it gets cooked.
2. Deshler the Abalone, clean and slice the meat, and then immerse it into some seed powder of Gordon Euryale with a bit of salt;
3. Make a soup with salt and gourmet powder and put the abalone meat into the soup; when the meat is cooked, get it out and put it on the steamed egg white. Add some Abalone juice to the soup, put in some powder, and then strain the soup on the abalone meat slices.

Notes:
As abalone meat is tasty, it can be simply steamed, fried, stir-fried with celeries. The fresh abalone with egg white is smooth, tender, and light in flavor, neither greasy nor oily.
