Yellow Fish Stomach (Huang Yu Yu Du)

Ingredients:
Yellow fish 250g, dry yellow fish stomach 150g, cooked ham power 25g, fat pork 30g, onion, peanut oil, meat soup, yellow wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper.

Method:
1. Clean the yellow fish meat and cross cut it; fat pork cut into piece.
2. Dry yellow fish stomach heated in hot peanut oil for two minutes and then put into cold water. When it becomes soft again, put it into hot water. Then cut into pieces.
3. Fish piece be cooked in pork oil quickly with onion, yellow wine, meat soup and salt. Then add fish stomach and fat pork and boil with MSG. Spread sesame oil, ham pieced, onion and pepper and the dish is done.
